BUPA scheme covering employee, married partner and
children under 18 years for most medical conditions. |

Defined contribution scheme with 5 levels of
contribution at highest level employee contributes 4.5% and TAC
contributes 6.5%. Includes life insurance of 6 x salary also.

|
Divisional profit share scheme payable annually
based on profit growth against budget.

24 days/annum plus statutory days.

|
Company cars are provided for those employees who
need them for their work. Fully expensed, including private mileage petrol.

Educational
Scheme
|

Any employee who wishes to continue their further
education can apply for TAC to fund it, so long as it is for a
course relevant to their career at the company. Course fees and book costs are
paid.

In addition to the above, any employee who
requires it for their work is supplied with a mobile phone, a lap-top computer,
and a toolkit.
