TAC offers at no cost to employees, except as noted:

Healthcare

BUPA scheme covering employee, married partner and children under 18 years for most medical conditions.
Pension
Defined contribution scheme with 5 levels of contribution – at highest level employee contributes 4.5% and TAC contributes 6.5%. Includes life insurance of 6 x salary also. 
Bonus
Divisional profit share scheme payable annually – based on profit growth against budget.
Holiday
24 days/annum plus statutory days.
Company Car
Company cars are provided for those employees who need them for their work. Fully expensed, including private mileage petrol.
Corporate Card
Corporate credit card provided for all business expenses.
Educational Scheme
Any employee who wishes to continue their further education can apply for TAC to fund it, so long as it is for a course relevant to their career at the company. Course fees and book costs are paid.
Additions
In addition to the above, any employee who requires it for their work is supplied with a mobile phone, a lap-top computer, and a toolkit.
