Smart Solutions for Small
Buildings |
| |
Your smaller facilities can now benefit from the sophisticated control of
TAC’s products, at a price that
even the small building owner or manager can afford.
When you are responsible for a large number of small facilities, such as retail stores,
quick service chains, branch offices, or regional office buildings, maintenance and
operations can consume a large part of your budget. Energy costs alone can have a substantial
impact to your profitability. Therefore, it is important to aggressively and effectively
control these costs using the right strategy, ensuring your investment pays off as expected.
TAC offers small building control solutions that meet these maintenance and energy savings
objectives, and provide short-term return on investment.
TAC’s building automation controllers, combined
with smart communicating thermostats can help your business reduce energy costs, save on maintenance
expenses, and eliminate unnecessary service calls.

Applications using the SiteController and SiteStat Thermostats
Each CX 9702 SiteController can support up to 32 communicating SiteStat thermostats. Built-in fuzzy logic
software learns about HVAC equipment cycling and heat/cool stages as they operate. The SiteStats then
know exactly when to engage second stage heating or cooling, and how to best use anticipation logic for
achieving time-to-setpoint. On-board SiteController I/O lets you expand
thermostatic control to include points such as parking lot lighting, building lighting, power meter reading, or your building alarm system.
|
- Setup schedules for thermostat temperature setbacks by day, night, day-of-week, or date
- Group thermostats in areas, and apply schedules to the area as a whole
- Define holiday and weekday temperature schedules for the entire year
- Limit thermostat tampering by permitting temperature changes of only a few degrees
- As soon as your building alarm is armed, have temperature setbacks start automatically
- Have parking lot lights turn on and off at sunset and sunrise all year long
- Login and control any building using only a web browser
